We are heading to the Lake Lure area for our summer vacation this year! The home is located in a resort so we'll have access to all their amenities (a lazy river, pools, courts, putt-putt course, golf courses, etc).
Although we're not on Lake Lure, the home is lakefront to a private lake within the community. It comes stocked with a paddle boat (my legs hurt just thinking about it!) and a canoe.
It should be a lot of fun! Here are a few pictures of the place...
