The room begins pitch black.
Out of the darkness, this song, Immanuel, begins to play.
The Christ candle shares its flame with hand-held candles throughout the room. As the song progresses, the room transforms from dark to light.
Fears melt, hope flickers, and heart-bent knees bow.
Without fail, Michael Card’s music has been a part of every Christmas celebration I’ve planned over the years.
God with us. Oh, what a glorious truth!
Thank You, Jesus.
Thanks Cathy. Isn't it good to know and REMEMBER that God is with us always, no matter what.
You're so right, Ellen. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
I Love Michael Card! And what a great song. (I'm putting that on my Happy Music Monday list for next Christmas!)
May you and your family have the best Christmas ever!
OHH COOL – if you click the snowflake at the bottom of the screen, it starts snowing! And it piles up!!
Ah, Susan — we're kindred hearts for sure! I hope you and your family have an amazing Christmas as well. I'll definitely have to check out the snowflake. Last year, we had snow on Christmas for the first time I can ever remember. I don't think that's going to happen this year. 🙂
