It's a window I rarely look out of when working in The Tiny House on the Hill, mainly because there's an 8' long window just to its right. But there's value in seeing things from a different perspective, isn't there?
This wavy-glass window, as you can see, is well-worn and holding on to its original paint with all its might. It came from our former 100-year-old home, discovered in its lean-to shed. When we moved toward the mountains, we carefully packed it up and carried it with us, having no idea where it would end up. Now, several years later, she's one of the main showpieces of the tiny studio. 🥰
So, when I peer out this window, I spot more than a fancy front porch post, green grass, trees in-between seasonal wardrobes, and mountains. I see a piece of history that finally found its home, reminding me how God's timing and purposes are always perfect regardless of the time that passes. 💕💕
